Hope you didn’t miss our last dance. Felicia did her usual fantastic job and special guests Danny and Kelly Albro exceeded our expectations!! The dances Danny taught had the floor filled all night and we are looking forward to having him back sometime in the future. In the meantime, get out to Mishnock Barn every chance you get!! Except, of course, the First and Third Friday of every month. We consider Mishnock Barn to be one of the best country dance venues, if not the best, in the Northeast. In fact, you can follow us out to The Barn Saturday February 3rd, for their band night with Bobby Carlson and the Stones River Band. It will be a great opportunity to check out Mishnock and review the dances Danny and Kelly just taught us.
We made the trip out to the Webster American Legion to check out Radio Ranch. Great country dance band, but the jackpot was we got to meet JP Ellery!! What a great guy! Check out the link to his radio show on our website. His motto “If you can’t dance to it I won’t play it” he will have you up and dancing around your kitchen during his entire broadcast. Some of his jokes are even funny!
We are all looking forward to having Joe Steele back at our next dance on February 3rd. Always fun when Country Club’s Joe Steele is at the helm!
